Why This?  Why Now?

As women, what if we see the world through the eyes of false beliefs? And they feel like our own beliefs, which happen to inform our choices and outcomes. What if it was possible to expand our view and see a broader truth about our abundance?

I am inviting you into the heart of a creativity that heals old stories and beliefs that no longer serve.

What it is and how it works. How to create a portal that transforms the lead of the old into the gold of the new. Intentionally. How to curate conscious abundance using the tool of creativity. How to embody this abundance by keeping your cup full.

First we take out all the old stories. Cultural stories. Family stories. Stories about how women aren’t enough. We compost them. We allow them to be the soil from which your truth blossoms. The truth about your abundance, good, and plenty. The truth that you are the bounty. It’s coded in your cells. Creativity unlocks the codes of your abundance.

Before we go any further, I can hear you thinking that you’re ‘not the creative type’, or ‘there’s no time for the creativity you crave’. Consider Brene Brown’s opinion on the matter…

Here's what I've learned about creativity from the world of wholehearted living and loving:

1. “I’m not very creative” doesn’t work. There’s no such thing as creative people and non-creative people. There are only people who use their creativity and people who don’t. Unused creativity isn't benign. It lives within us until it’s expressed, neglected to death, or suffocated by resentment and fear.
2. The only unique contribution that we will ever make in this world will be born of our creativity.
3. If we want to make meaning, we need to make art. Cook, write, draw, doodle, paint, scrapbook, take pictures, collage, knit, rebuild an engine, sculpt, dance, decorate, act, sing – it doesn’t matter. As long as we’re creating, we’re cultivating meaning.

This is an intuitive alchemical painting process that you can't get wrong. We will be working with the Tree of Life metaphor and you’ll actually compost your old stories of lack and limitation into personal, prosperous, embodied bounty with your own creativity!

Ancient wisdom in modern times.

A creative healing process is potent, practical, and powerful process for shifting energy and stories. For reducing and catalyzing suffering, and transforming it into something truly useful. Yes, we have the power to do that! Because we’re image-based beings. Trying to change the story and how it lives within us, without working with image, often doesn’t get the results we need. This is exactly what the creative process opens: by taking the internalized stories and bringing it onto a form, such as a canvas, it makes the experience visual. We ‘see’ and ‘witness’ the imagery and then our brain is able to change it. It is so elemental, and basic, yet by understanding how it works, giving process and language to it, changes HOW we can access it and work with it.

Our brains process how we ‘see’ and experience life. We will work directly with what we know scientifically about how the brain processes and shifts old patterns.

If you wonder why the same stories keep showing up even after years of mental/emotional processing in your life and therapy, then perhaps it is time to try a new modality.

The issues live in the field of energy and stored memories in your mind and tissues. We know this can be shifted and we know that you are the only one that can shift them. Even if you have already done a lot of healing work, this will be unlike any experience you have ever had. If you DO the class and you don't feel it was worth it, you get your money back (you must engage in and do the class however).

About the Creating Embodied Abundance Class Intensive: 

Materials List 

Your complete materials list is provided after you register. You will need plain paper, pens, acrylic paint (a rainbow of colors you like), and a 16 x 20 canvas or larger, as big as you can imagine is best.  

No experience needed, or talent with art.

Information About Delivery

Upon registration you'll receive access to watch the class videos and support is provided for 4 weeks. You will want to schedule more time beyond the videos to complete your own painting process as the videos are the 'underpainting' for your process. Instructions for steps and journal prompts will be provided. The community will stay open for 60 days so you can continue after class.

Cautionary Advice

Engaging in this level of inquiry about the stories you hold can be intense for some. However, you are in a safe and protected environment to process in your own home. You will have an opportunity to let go of some of the excess baggage you have been carrying. In the end, the entire experience will allow you to feel a greater sense of divinity and freedom. If you are already in a breakdown, this isn't a good time to attend this class because we cannot provide therapy-based support. Please use good judgment.

Private Classroom

A private Facebook Group is available to support you in your process. You can share and ask questions, or you can do it in the privacy of your own space and not share. This is a process that can be done with the support of a group or solo. Either way, this space will stay open to you.

Investment in the Intensive

This class is potent and worth the investment in time and resources well beyond what we are charging. The investment is $297. If you can learn to move your own blocks and embody abundance, how valuable would that be? And at the end, have a cool painting, a visual image of your abundant truth?
