Dedication and About Page

I love guiding a woman to blossom more of who she is designed to be by using the compost of her life to nourish her unfolding. Image, symbol, words, and color, intentionally applied to a creative process in service of healing and transforming are the primary tools.

The essence of my guidance is creative alchemy or transmutation. What does that even mean? To me, it means transforming old beliefs and patterns that have been held in our DNA, passed on through our lineages, and programmed into our psyche, into new vital energy.

By way of intention and creativity, or Intentional Creativity, we are able to cause this alchemy. We’re able to unhook from old stories, beliefs and paradigms that no longer serve in exchange for what we call forth. What we intend to evolve into.  Believe it or not, our old ‘stuff’ is the perfect compost for blossoming anew.

We have Health, Ease, Abundance, and Love coded in our cells. It’s our job to activate, awaken, and access those treasures. We have this life to mine that treasure. And we have Intentional Creativity as a map and guide to our inner treasure.

Abundance is a divine birthright and awakening this intelligence, and embodying it is what brings it into being. I’m devoted to helping women transform outdated programming in order to mine the treasures of her abundant heart.

Abundance to me means the feeling of plenty of time, wisdom, vitality, ease, money, and love. It means aligning with the truth of our being in order to express who we truly are in this life.

I received my Master's Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine more than two decades ago and have been a practicing acupuncturist, herbalist, nutritionist and healthy lifestyle designer all the while. About a dozen years ago my passion for Chinese Medicine expanded beyond direct patient care into the realm of "Healing Art."

Completing an art certificate program at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2011, private training from a master Chinese Brush Painter, and embarking on a teacher training from the Intentional Creativity Foundation, all the while engaging in my own creative healing and art making, I am well equipped to wield my magic paint brush to powerfully guide others in their creative healing journey.

Creating art is a healing force and my service is about inspiring and supporting a woman’s healing journey of wholeness, to awaken her innate intelligence to heal, to express and empower herself, to activate abundance, and enliven her love. An acronym I’ve loved for years…HEAL.

What I notice when I’m engaged in a creative process is time slows, my breathing syncs with the rhythm of the earth; happiness, self-worth, and ease increase, and I receive wonderful guidance, insights, and answers to questions that are important to my heart and life. I’ve healed through my toughest stuff because of creativity where nothing else could reach it.

When I facilitate for other women, they share a similar experience. Luckily for those who engage, these outcomes seem to be embedded in the act of creating itself.

Here’s what a couple of women have to say, “Creating Embodied Abundance was my first experience with a creative healing process. While I didn’t consider myself ‘creative’, I was overjoyed with this beautiful experience full of amazing nuggets of wisdom.  My eyes were opened to infinite possibilities, my heart was nurtured, my inner critic softened and most importantly my inner artist was allowed to play!”

“Exploring this creative process has provided a process for making the choice of how my life can be lived. It has shown the abundance I have had all along and the path to the true inner abundance within me including wisdom and guidance that’s always there when I tap in.

I even grew spiritually. I now have such a different view of life and my potential. It also uncovered many areas that now I would like to do a Creative Healing Process with.”

To me, our current times are making it obvious that each woman is being called to her truest self, to speak her truth, and to offer her heartful gifts to those around her. It’s a VITAL aspect to bringing humanity, earth, and all her inhabitants into harmony and balance. It’s required to create the new earth. I carry in every cell of my being a devotion to this for my own life, and for every woman who feels this call to come home to herself.

One of my favorite things is helping women ‘kickstart’ her innate creative self. Um, yes, everybody alive has a Creative Life Force. It’s who we are as an extension of Creation itself. I love inviting her to approach this experience from a place of curiosity and playfulness. From that place, she literally feels the shifts.

Philosophy...

Intentional Creativity (IC) is a process of creating with intention, image, and language for the purpose of accessing the Truth that resides in every heart and soul. IC can sneak past the gates of the mind in order to reach further and deeper into the realms of wisdom, to touch and awaken the treasures held in each person.

It can be a bridge between old wounds and new discoveries.

For one who chooses to engage regularly with IC, the treasures may be gems such as:

  • A closer relationship with inner guidance
  • Transforming fear (really)
  • Overcoming your critical mind
  • Becoming a woman who feels ‘enough’ and worthy
  • Accessing your birthright of Abundance and Plenty
  • Creating a true and right relationship with your power (which is another word for energy or Qi or Life Force)
  • healing and transforming old stories
  • Healing the body of pain, low energy, digestive problems, sleep issues, and imbalance
  • Evolving the mind, body, and Spirit for the next step(s), the capacity to stay centered with more ease
  • Building the muscles of visioning, clarity, focus, transmutation, and conscious creation.

The best part is that it can be playful and is certainly colorful, as the critical mind learns to yield to the Higher Mind that always walks on Sacred Ground. New brain tracks are laid down for our very own sacred journey.

***Important*** What I’ve noticed is that many women who consider themselves spiritual think they’re good. While I work with spirit-centered women, there’s ALWAYS room to grow. Most women don’t realize how much more there is to access. And Life is asking each woman to move into that more. It’s old programming to settle for what we have because, “it’s not that bad, or some people have it worse so I shouldn’t complain.”

To be clear…wherever you are, there is a next step, more of yourself to evolve. Don’t get trapped or stuck where you are. Evolving makes your life better, not worse.

The ONLY way I’ve ever grown is by working with teachers, have for years. I still have a handful of teachers. I have Spiritual teachers, an IC teacher, and inner plane teachers.

A deep bow to Shiloh and the IC Lineage, Lucia, Patricia, Ellen, Judi, Kaia, Mary, Alex, without you, I’d still be stuck. Thank you for your ongoing love, guidance, and support. Thank you for holding a sacred space for graceful transformation, that I may do the same for others.

I can’t evolve alone. Neither can you. Nobody can. We need guidance and support from those who have walked before us.

I invite you to engage with Intentional Creativity for the purpose of healing and transforming what no longer serves. It's modern day alchemy, where the old is transmuted anew.

Intentional Creativity has so much catalytic impact because it doesn't reach into the past for context and understanding. Constantly reaching into the past as the reference point doesn't allow for new realities.

Creating with intention opens a space of possibility. Life needs women who are willing to engage with possibility and creative realities. I hope you realize you’re one of those women. You wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t.

Engaging in creativity, one touches into her Heart and dances with her Soul. I'll meet you on the dance floor and together we shall evolve in the Love that we are.
