A 12 month Creative Journey to Accessing Your Gold

Imagine a hummingbird is whispering in your ear…‘Wholeness is real, and it’s a journey.’

I know the journey is real because I’ve been on it for 38 yrs. If I had to sum up the essence of ‘the journey’, it would go something like this….

Once becoming aware there even is a path to wholeness, and we begin to discover wholeness is our birthright, it’s simply a matter of staying on the path, and getting back on when off-ramps are taken.

What happens while on the path is sacred alchemy.

It’s the exchange of old, worn-out, untrue stories and beliefs for your Spiritual Truth.

This Truth is unchangeable.

Like the sun coming up everyday whether you see it or not.

The Truth is who you and I really are. Such as Healthy, Empowered, Abundant, Love (an acronym for HEAL in case you didn’t catch that )

You and I are extensions of Life Force, and that Life Force is Creative in nature. Thus, I call her Creative Life Force.

If we’re really honest, there’s nothing to actually “heal”, rather it’s about releasing what isn’t true, or the false (examples below), so what is real and true and whole, can awaken, take root, and live through you, as you.

So we can live in integrity with our Heart and Soul.

It’s the part about releasing the false that’s a bit of a rub. At least, it was for me for a LONG time. It still is sometimes. Because…

1. I didn’t even know there were parts of me that were ‘false’, thus I can’t see them
2. The human mind is a crafty character and throws shade constantly
3. Underneath the shade is the Heart and Higher mind…the GPS to truth
4. I had to ‘decide’ to take the journey once I became aware there was one
5. I had to be willing to consider there was more truthful parts of me ready to emerge out of the false. Like a Lotus emerges out of mud.
6. And the hardest part, I had to practice patience!

THE one thing I learned along the way is that this is the most important journey there is in a life. All the off-ramps and distractions are because we think we’ll get what the journey will give, but alas, nothing gives us what the journey does. The gold is in, and on, the journey.

I invite you to journey with me, one step at a time. One month at a time for a year. It doesn’t matter when you begin. And it’s free (in case your mind is gettin’ her underwear up in a bunch). Here’s what it looks like:

At the beginning of each month I’ll send you a video with the theme for the month. The video will describe the theme and take you thru a simple Creative Healing Process (no experience needed. Seriously). Bare minimum tools: pen & paper.

You’ll get prompts through the month to support you in releasing the old gracefully and creatively. The results are impactful. You’ll see. You can do some or all of them, and the more you do the juicier it’ll be. Plus you get to do it in your own time, in the comfort of your own space. Here are the monthly themes:
